Bad service , unresponsive to clients

I am trying to log a complaint but your support site has me going in circles and does not put me in touch with an operator. Secondly i am unable to login to my account and the password reset sequence stalls when i enter my cell number . Thirdly I want to have a dump of all the data that transunion holds on me so that i can protect myself against identity theft .
