Bad service / no feedback

I have requested to Update my login details and change my details. Mails were sent, but No reply, Updates are being emailed still no change. So easy for someone to list you on transunion, but close to impossible, to get any issues resolved. I am currently on 90 days without any feedback or replies from Transunion. complaints were done on the website, landline, and via email. even thru Clearscore.
