Bad Service from Transunion

I did a dispute with Transunion of a Judgement that I had paid for in full on the 25th January and I was told it would take 21 days to be removed however the 21 days ended last week Monday but have been given the run around since with empty promises. I called them on Tuesday 26th and I was told system error it would take an extra 48hrs which ended on Thursday. I subsequently called them on Friday 1 March where I was also promised it would by removed by today and I called again today and was promised that it will be escalated but till now nothing has been done. It is really disappointing that we stay listed and once you pay its more difficult to have your name cleared but it was so easy to list it. It is really holding me back on a lot of things and I am now frustrated because nobody has the courtesy to come back to me to even lie or give **** promises.
