Bad Service from Transunion

I have been battling to get help with my Dispute for a Name & Surname Change which i have logged on the 21.11.2018.All supporting Docs were sent to Transunion and i do weekly follow ups with them but unfortunately they keep on telling me that nothing has been Done & sadly no one is coming back to me as they always promise.Last person i spoke with this morning T Sainda said the same thing,when i asked to be transferred to her Team Leader Precious Nkosi,she just told her that she'll forward an email to their IT.How long do i have to Wait ?Victoria Maubane ********** 806
