BAD Service from Transunion

Transunion continues to be a major risk to peoples credit profiles. This company's service quality is appalling to say the least. The authorities should look into this company practices and get them to account. I have closed accounts that still reflect on my profile and they haven't done enough to even escalate and get resolution even after numerous phone calls other credit Unions have updated accounts accordingly. They shouldn't be surprised when membership/subscription numbers go down.

They are failing customers and we should reward them by not taking up ANY of their PRODUCTS.
