Bad Service fom Transunion

I had good credit score, but unfortuanetly there was a judgement of 2019. When I found out the beginning of 2024 I contact that people anf paid the settlement amount. That Company and I let Transunion know with the settlement letters and documentation. It is been 3 months. Judgement has not been removed.
