Hi

After countless calls and requests to remove all debt off my credit record that is older than 3yrs as the regulation is that those accounts is in Delinquent status and should be removed off ITC. Challenor Finance Nimble Jet stores

I spoke to numerous consultants and find it totally unacceptable that they either don't know what they are doing or they provide me with false information and advised it has been actioned.

I spent more money on airtime to make these calls than anything else, and what is more frustrating is that every time I get a different response.

I am sick and tired of this **** service - as I am working in the financial institute I know POPI act very well as I have my RE1 & 3. If I don't get a letter stating this is removed off my profile as per the regulatory rules then I am taking this further and contact Speak Out to investigate to help me resolve this.

If I don't have in writing commitment this will be done by COB tomorrow two things will happen: 1. Im logging a complaint at Ombudsman 2. Taking this further than this media platform

I was told it will be removed and takes 30working days, guess what it is 30 working day x3.

I WANT THIS RESOLVED OR FACE CONSIQUENCES.... A commitment was made by consultant Dave or David cant freaking remember the name and I WANT THIS COMMIT TO BE HONOURED OR I TAKE THE MATTER FURTHER.
