Bad Service!!!!

The level of service received from transunion is absurd to say the least. I have been logging disputes against my credit report but whenever i call to check they tell me they didnt recieve my documents. No updates are being done and we are supposed to call them every week and be told about a turn around time while they do not even do anything on our reports
