Bad service

Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen.

Account verification documents send on 04/08/2020. 5 business day turnaround time.

After 5 business days nothing. After 10 business days nothing.

Call with tickets number as Ref.

Escalated to head office - nothing.

Called again today.

Escalante to head office.

Wonder if this is worth going thru.

Will be using another service provider for personal and business in future.
