BAD SERVICE AND NO FEEDBACK IN REGARDS TO DISPUTE

I made a dispute about Telkom awhile back and more than 21 business days have passed and I have send numerous emails and no response.I find it disgusting that Transunion does not follow its own processes and give feedback in the stipulated time that is why companies do as they please because they are fully aware that the system is useless and nothing gets done and obviously whatever the company says will go.<br> <br> Is somebody ever going to respond to my dispute reference number TU***<br> <br> Should I receive no response at all wont be surprising to me
