Bad service

I have been requested to produce a print out of my credit score and so I began the journey of joining transunion; and it has been most unenjoyable. I could not complete the application because they require FICA documents for verification. I sent these through immediately. I got a ticket number and a timeline of 5working days. That time frame has come and gone more than twice over. I have phoned countless times and the call gets cut 80% of the time because 'they can't hear me' and yet I can hear them on every call. I have resorted to speaking to a consultant at Transunion once a day everyday and I'm told that my request has been escalated everyday and yet my query is still unresolved. I'm still waiting for the call backs that I have been promised. The whatsapp option is such a joke. This service is shocking.
