Bad service ☹️☹️

I am not happy with the service that I am having with transunion I am unable to see my current profile as it was giving me some massage about payment witch I dnt understand becouse my account is active I was told that I requested a order witch will bounce off then my account will migrate back to the normal account I called lots of times was also told that about a dispute I made witch I dnt understand becouse normally when I log a dispute I would see the current score till dispute is resolved then my credit score will change was also told that it will be escalated to supervisor in terms off removing the payment massage still it has not been resolved. 😞😞
