Bad service

My name is Peter, I have been trying to have my name cleared for the past 14 months now, I was under admin but have payed all in full, I spoke to no more than 9 people from Transunion, and still stuck at the beging. A lady Karen helped me , and after numerous attempts , nothing. I am so tired and the year just stated. All of the other componys , the NCR , ITC,XPERION was cleared , all but one, TRANSUNION. I have dates and records coming out of my ears, even if phone them, the phone line is dropped, or a promise is made to phone me back, that never happens. I am not sure if the people working there now's what they are doing. That was and is still my never ending story.
