Bad service

Will rate them a zero if it was possible, I log in a complain with the paid up account that was handed over they never did anything I doubt they even investigated cause they just reinstated my account but I have them paid up letter and all the emails on how I have been trying to contact homechoice now 3months later am still sitting with a paid up account.
