BAD SERVICE

I am having endless issues with the credit bureau. After called many times i am still not been assisted and my name is not cleared yet although I have a clearance certificate. When I called them a consultant was so rude yelled over the phone she bluntly refused to assist me. Having said that I am still in a bad way of not getting help. What do you suggest I do in this event.
