Bad Service
I have logged a query to assist to reset my logins. I was told that it will be resolved within 5 working days, it has been WAY more than 5 working days. My emails are now being blatantly ignored. I need to log disputes on a few accounts showing on my reports. If the service is this horrid just to reset logins, what will the dispute process be like?
