Bad Service

I called the dispute department and spoke to Allan, Asking so nicely for help, He didn't take my ID number or my Reference number, but he is giving advise. I advised him that if he checks my details he would know what I am talking about. He had no respect or interest for helping. I am a paying customer and to receive treatment like this is not on. So please read this managers of Trans union and give Allan from Disputes a warning. I deal with customers on a daily basis but i do it with pride and confidence.
