BAD SERVICE

TransUnion , please improve your service . I have subscribed to your website in order for me to pull my own report . But each and every time I have to call you for the report what’s the use of paying the subscription?

I called today and I received the report that is not updated and without the credit score.

Please fix your website so that I can be able to pull my own report or please refund me my money . I can’t always use my money to call you.
