BAD SERVICE

I have logged a dispute on 10 March 2021. I was told to send the documents that they need. I have sent them via email. Since then up until today they have not logged it. I have called them and I was told that they are still waiting the documents. I have resend them but the disputes is not yet logged. Can log a dispute please.
