Bad service.

i am really dissatisfied by the service i received from Transunion, i had to call 3 times to get my credit report, however on the 1st attempt i was asked to hold on and the call was cut in my ear and when i called the 2nd time at 11:58 phone went through to Phakiso's line and i wasnt assisted, instead i could hear him rev his car and opening and closing his car door as if he was preparing to go somewhere, i later heard him calling a friend on his cellphone while i am on the line waiting to be assisted. had to then cut the call @12:08 and called again for the 3rd time at12:10 was assisted by a lovely consultant by the name of Nezily.
