Bad-pretencious employers at Transunion

I was am employee at Transunion. Throughout my time working there- I did not receive the support my team leaders claim to have given me. With that being said - processors of the collection of all the equipment was not done when it was supposed and I was actually told by thean incharge "I don't know why but I forgot about you." My monthly salary still had not been processed even though all the equipment had been returned.I reached out to my old team leader Precious Nkpsi for help and she shut me down faster then what I could blink. She refused to assist me but rather blocked me.Anf all I asked for was HR's email address. I am unable to communicate with anyone regards to this as no one wants to take responsibility. They all useless and unhelpful. I ha e rent that is overdue and a whole son who needs his essentials.They do not understand the severity of the situation that they have placed me in all while they are loving their loves to the fullest.
