Bad experience with Transunion

I have been debt free since December 2019 and even though I struggled with all the credit buro's to update my status, Transunion has been the one that just doesn't budge. They keep telling me that my status has to be updated on DHS. It has been updated, nothing comes up when my ID is entered. How come the other credit buros could update my status but not them? Surely all 4 reports to the DHS system at NCR?
