BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM TRANS UNION

I am absolutely disappointed with the behaviour of the management of TRANS UNION , over the past months I communicated with TRANS UNION and I request HELP but no one ever makes the effort to call me back or help me. It's been months and no customer feedback.. I would like the CEO OF TRANS UNION TO CONTACT ME ASAP.
