Bad Customer service from Racquel Ramberose

I had an account with Stuttaford. Paid up the account, got a letter from Stuttafords that it is paid up. When applying for a credit card it was declined because Transunion never updated the records. Dealing with Racquel Ramberose from Transunion who is not helpful at all. She attached the record, provide the wrong password. Not even an apology because my credit card application was declined. The level of service is pathetic. Kindly solve the problem and provide me with proof that the record was updated.
