Bad Customer service

Good day

I would like to lay a complaint against a service providers who have labelled me under debt review even though it was communicated all services providers that they have to remove me from the stigma of Debt review .Now there other service providers that I’m cleared, however on transUnion are refusing to remove me from debt review on their database.

It looks like communication was send to all service providers to remove me from their data base however some have removed me. This has impacted me in a way that I cannot get a credit increase on any of my account .

I have also requested for Finance assistance however i got a report that I’m under debt review. Communication was send out already in January 2020 however I’m still under the Debt review what must I do to be removed from this ,I tried to open a new account it was declined, I tried to get Car finance it was declined, I tried getting a credit card it was declined ,I have now called the Call centre of the service providers for a request to be removed however they’re not willing to remove me .
