Bad conduct

Hi I logged a query with Transunion to remove status on my account. for this reference Number :TU ********** 1-000633-01. They told me it gona take 20 to 21 days to resolve the issue. I then followed up after 21 days they told me to wait 48 hours they will fix . I then followed up after 48 hours they told me to wait again 48 hours but my query was not resolved.

I phoned them again today when i ask why is it taking so long cause the turnaround they told me has passed already when i ask how long i should wait again they are telling me they don't know how long it gonna take.
