Bad Attitude unhelpful

Its very concerning how a credible company like Transunion Credit Bureau can capture the wrong information on another persons profile and when you enquirer why there is a judgment under you profile which you have no recollection of it dated 27 January 2012 and in my 2014 credit report it did not reflect. Secondly you have to deal with rude *********** agents that does not have a clue how to work the system. I have all the information that shows the correct person that the judgement was passed against in court. Now I must wait 20 days for them to clear my credit record that Transunion Credit Bureau tarnish due to *********** employees. Why must I have to wait for them to resolve a dispute where their system and all documents form the court shows the judgement is not in my name or ID no. Someone at Transunion Credit Bureau needs to be taken to task for their *********** behavior and this rude customer service agent Shanaaz Nkoma ...I am utterly disgusted with the service I received from her.
