Bad attitude

I requested my report on the 15 0f September 2017 I was told they need copy of my ID and proof of residence I immediately emailed the required documents they rep**** with a query ticket number that I need to use if I call and follow up and the email also stated that they turn around time is 15 working days today I called ***they told me to call ***which I did spoke to palesa I told her I want to follow up because 15 days it way past now it 22 day now she said she can't help me they will call once they have my documents how is it possible that I sent them on the 15 and nothing no feedback she didn't even take the ticket number so that she can check what is causing the delay she couldn't wait to hang up the line why create query number for follow up if there is no assistance I could hear the way she was responding that am boring her please train your staff call you was a waste of time and airtime the reason I wanted the credit report it is very Urgent that is why I took my time to call and follow up
