ASSISTANCE!!

I'm Struggling to get assistance from Transunion, if i call the number and try to explain to the "Robot" she cannot assist. i need to update my profile as i do not know how to contact Transunion the get a live agent. This is frustrating. please get someone LIVE to assist us as your clients. This Robot doesn't have a clue how to assist!
