Arrogant call center agent NDUMISO be warned!

I called the call center just now and spoke to NDUMISO who was so rude that I ddnt take the membership of R321 because I don't have money to pay t is such an arrogant and apathetic call center agent ever he needs help and prayers otherwise he won't last till 2019!!!!I wanted to unlock my account as it's blocks he ddnt even sent me the one time pin am using a new cell phone number and still he ddnt even update my cell number after confirming all details using my airtime shiiiiiiit service nxaaaaaahadi!!!!
