Are you hiring? You should be.
When providing such a valuable service, aspects of which are paid for, you'd think things would work better. I can't access my profile, their SMS OTP service doesn't work, the contact us support form keeps prompting me "Please complete all required fields." even though everything is green ticked and completed. Another broken service.

12 Feb 2024, 11:30I truly appreciate the quick response time and the update to my profiles OTP method. I hope that you can fix the broken aspects of the website for future users. I was able to get my annual credit report and spotted some unwanted queries, I shall contact Transunion privately about this.
