Appalling service

<p>I recently bought a credit health report online. After making a payment I thought I will get a report. I have contacted the company so far via emails and I'm still waiting. Ticket number offered [ ********** ********** 53]. I have send them a proof of payment on Jun 15, 2016. They requested the ID number and I have send it too. I'm still waiting. Horrible service.</p>
