Annual report Subscription Useless

I took out an annual Subscription with TransUnion some time late last year and today when I try to check my credit report, there is no scoring that reflects. my efforts to contact their contact centre were fruitless as the Dispute department says the Online department needs to fix, and online also says dispute must fix. it is a very frustrating exercise getting anything sorted out with TransUnion when all they know to do is pass the buck around. I would recommend anyone to get the annual subscription it is useless. Useless System.
