Annoyed by incompetence

Good Day, I have been sent from pillar to post from the 19 February 2019 regarding my African bank account that was paid up in January 2019 and still reflects an outstanding balance of R24000. Reference nr : TU ********** 9-000119-01 .I made numerous calls and after every conversation they said that it will be updated within 48 hours yet nothing changes and have a negative impact on my profile.This account have not been updated for the past 2 years. When I settled the account the balance was R10000 and yet their balance showed R24000.
