I want to share my wonderful experience with Ms Olive from Transunion. She is truly an angel sent by God to sooth the souls of many of distressed consumers.

Madam Olive, you may not realise it but your soothing voice and your calmness and care in which you deal with us consumers is just remarkable.

You are proffesional yet you are patient and caring at the same time. I feel so blessed to have you give me answers to my queries and on more than 1 occasion, you calmly and kindly assisted me.

I wish the industry had more people like you. You are what so many consumers who are stressed in these hard times need. You always put those nagging questions to rest with your kind answers and advice.

I cannot thank you enough for being so helpful to me and because of you, i feel Transunion is a wonderful bureau.
