amnesty

I would like to know why I still have adherse comments on my profile expecially since it states that under R10 000 accounts need to have comnents removed and if the capital pirtion has been repaid then the account should be closed. This has not been removed or amended, infact I have recently been contacted for a cellphone contract which I dont have by a bad debt collections company. It was said that thenew act does not permit the accounts to be handed over due to the amnesty program. Please email me the necessary information. I find it appauling that creditors whom u dont have an account with can randomly list people for accounts not taken or returned and the consumer must prove they didnt take the account, how does a person prove they didnt takesomething, surely the creditors must prove that the account was in fact tsken before u allow profiles to be tampered with. Theres seriously huge things wrong with this country.
