All Credit Bureau companies in South Africa are false and misleading
Here is my story.
Transunion is misleading and false.
I have 1 account from Wonga that I take out every 4 month this to keeping my score stable, I do not have any other debit order or any other short-term accounts. I do have a long-term account with Vodacom, but the funny thing is this account was never updated, so I send Transunion all the documents that all payments was made every month. This was update on my account and hope Transunion will keep it up to date. Then I have a judgment that was placed on my name in 2016, this was due to a company that I worked for 26 years and then closed down, could not make payments and ABSA then filed the judgments against me, but 2 months ago I settled this judgment in full, as in paid up 100%.
14 July 2021, I checked my credit report, my score being 526 unfavorable????, when I contact Transunion regarding this matter, thy refuse to resolve this, but was happy to let me pay for Transunion services. So, do you pay for Transunion services to get a better score??
But anyway, why do company like this control your life, who the hell do thy think thy are to score you if they have no idea what you can afford or not, I get a very good salary and know vary well how to work with my finesses, but seining that all companies are so sucked up by these credit companies, you that have a good life and not liking to have accounts are beaning cut off, so the day that comes if you need a quick loan you will not get it. The biggest joke of our lives, you think the looting is bad that we see what is happening in south Africa, these credit companies have been doing it for years.
