I had a conversation with a TransUnion agent by the name of Callito Gideon, who I told countless times about my credit dispute on my score being poor. I asked what I must do to improve it, and he advised me to purchase their credit report product, which I already got for free but he insisted I buy it, which I did, but to my surprise, he still could not advise on what to do. I advised they must refund me my money back, he then hangs up the line. TransUnion needs to do better with its staff.
