Agent doesn’t understand address given what a JOKE

So I called in today to renew my subscription and the lady on the phone wants to check my address and the more I tell her the address the more she asks me where it is I’ve given the exact address which is on my profile when I login but it seems to be a bit to much for her. Now the bigger joke is I have to send in proof of residence and ID and guess what the turn around time for this is 21 working days it’s a miracle people can still do business with all the delays we have to deal with on a daily basis from everyone we have to deal with.
