ACCOUNT CLOSED BUT NOW SHOWING AGAIN?!?! I WANT TO REPORT YOU TO THE NCR!!!

Yet again i have to struggle with the accounts on my credit report with Transunion. After a long struggle, my accounts were updated (previously). However when i checked my profile again one of the accounts that was previously put through as paid up and closed now magically is showing as open, 8 months in arrears and balances AGAIN!! How can this happen?!? My Incredible Term Loan (Account no: ***1) was put through as paid up and closed earlier in September and today it is open and current again?!?! WHY AM I STRUGGLING WITH TRANSUNION AGAIN?!?!? THIS IS GETTING RIDICULOUS. I WANT TO REPORT TRANSUNION TO THE NATIONAL CREDIT REGULATOR. This is unacceptable that i have to struggle with transunion like this!! How can they open an account again that was just about almost 2 weeks ago put through as paid up and closed. You transunion needs to fix this mess immediately!!! Im sick and tired!!
