ACCOUNT BLOCKED

I sent a request to have my account unblocked. I sent the request to *** and also to *** but no one bothered to respond. I'm a true identity client that paid R799 in March 2020 but i can't get access to the account. May you please help with unblocking my account. I can't be made to pay for a service that I can't have access to.
