ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC

on the 10 of May I called transunion to have a judgement removed from my name I spoke with Linda who explained the process to me and told me it takes 7 working days for a judgement to be removed, I called after 7 working days and was told Transunion is waiting for confirmation from the suppliers in this case that is OTTO KRAUSE I then contacted Otto krause and informed them that transunion is waiting for information Otto Krause then sends through the confirmation copying myself and my husband onto the email, I called transunion yesterday and again I got through to Linda who told me that they are still waiting for confirmation from I then told Linda that was impossible because I was copied in the email I then had to tell him what email address the email came through from - Linda then took everything over to the disputes department and assured me that the judgements would be removed yesterday my husband also spoke to Lee-ann who assured him these would be removed yesterday, I called Transunion this morning and these judgement's are still reflecting against our names, I cannot begin to tell you the inconvenience this has caused in our lives.
