I need to reset my password and info in order to get access to my online Transunion portal. I have now called three times, emailed twice and sent my documents for the first time on 20 APRIL 2021 AT 15:14. It is now a MONTH later and still I get told 48 hours and someone will get back to me. A month later. I was promised 5 working days... How much longer will these 5 workings days take? Is it 5 working weeks / months/ years? PLEASE I need access to my report online, Please. PLEASE
