4 Accounts paid off but still on my report!

<p>Hi I have paid off 4 off my accounts from 2014 - 2016 but they still appear on my ITC report? The companies has given my ref numbers from you but its still appear?</p> <p>Please advise, thanks</p> <p> </p>
