2ND REQUEST!!!!

I have been out of debt review for almost 4 months now. My credit report still shows outstanding accounts and it's outdated! 23/02/2021??? I want my new credit report with all accounts that's been paid removed. I emailed and no one bothers to reply. Complaining to NCR doesn't help either. Update my credit report. SORT IT OUT AND DON'T TELL ME THE MATTER IS ESCULATED. UPDATE MY CREDIT REPORT
