21 Working days, Total nonsense

I've been battling for months on end trying to clear my name, I've send all the proof that they need on the 11/09/2017...after their "21" day policy whenever I call them, hold on for 10-15mins then they make you make R80 for every time they have to view your report to see if the listing have been cleared, actually they make you pay to see if they did their job

Today I've spoken to Lesley, paid again... still not cleared!!!!
