2.5 months later - Judgement still not removed

<p>Good day on the 16 January 2017 i sent through all docs needed to remove a judgement on my name. Today its the 7 March and still the judgement is on my name. I have sent through various emails, i have phoned upteen times. My husband was in contact with you, he also emailed you and to date nothing has been done. i request to speak to a supervisor and they put me on hold for about 30 mins only to have the call cut. NOW what now... what kind of service is this... you received the docs as per sms... and still the judgement has not been removed even though the docs has been sent to you over and over... We as a couple cannot get anything done or build a credit record because you are not doing what is required of you... Kindly see to it that the judgement is removed and dont always let Hello Peter be the last option.</p>
