RFLIPF - PAY MY PROVIDENT FUND!!!!!!!!!!!

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with rflipf I have been trying to withdraw from my Provident fund but I'm being sent from pillar to post. I submitted my forms in October 2021 to date nothing has been done. Last week I was told I need to back date the forms or my money will not be released and I feel that is *******.

Can my money be released I'm not claiming for a funeral insurance THIS IS MY MONEY THAT WAS DEDUCTED EVERY WEEK'. Everything has been submitted but they always have excuses. PLEASE PAY MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!

The claims administrator is not willing to submit or release my money. Below is their last response : The dates do not correspond? Please explain why the date of last contribution and the date completed on the form differs.

If the date on the form is not correct, then it must be amended. If there was an overpayment then we need a request from the employer to refund the money to the employer.

I have responded to say the forms were not filled in on the last day and there were no overpayments. Even my previous employer confirmed that these people are just playing me. Last day was the 30th of September 2021. Forms filled in by me on the 22nd of October 2021. My ex employer filled in the forms 22nd of October 2021. But I'm being told dates are not corresponding!!!!!
