Terrible Service from Transport Guru JHB.

Please do not use this company to ever transport your goods, I have opened a case of theft aswell as I have still not received all my boxes. There is only one number on their website www.transportguru.co.za and there are no other contact details, not even a physical address. The company is owned by a man called Charls. Not even a surname included on any invoices. He promised me goods on the 3 April 2018 from JHB to Cape town however he only delivered on the 8 April 2018. He charged me R10 500 and then the next day sent me another invoice saying I need to pay another R5000 for a few items like brooms added and that he will not pack the truck if not paid in advance. Everyday that I called him, he **** that the truck will be delivered the next day and eventually stopped answering calls. Till now I am still waiting for my boxes. The furniture that was delivered to me was filthy and not taken care of at all. He put my family and I through a considerable amount of inconvenience and stress.
