Worry about my pension

I'm a member of SATU and have my pension fund with them. Transparent Financial Services now handles the pension fund and what a total ***** up. They have a Whatsapp line and call centre, but do you think they could assist you with anything. What a joke!!! Whatsapp messages are read but not responded to, call are answered but no answer are giving to simply question. *********** is an understatement, I pray that my monies are in safe hands. I see this going **** up!!!
